We use principally new type of the drive never used before.
The drive is working with the help of 2 gearing belts usually used in a drive of valve gear engines in ÂÀÇ-2108, ÂÀÇ-2109, which helps to avoid any oil runs and noise from reduction gear completely and in comparison with V-belt transmission helps to create hard transmission of engine torque without any slip which completely excludes any maintenance. This type of the belt one can use for 7-8 years at high operation rate.

The belt does`t need any tightening or adjustment because everything is made by manufacturer and if one need to change it you can easily buy it at any auto shop and install without problem. The drive of the mincer except a working stroke has a reverse running as well that can be switched by additional button from control console. Our meat mincer meets all the modern European demands of electrical safety, ñonnections of the power leads are made on specialized block at meat mincer`s frame. Horizontal arrangement allows in case of service maintenance or repair to gain access to all the parts of the power drive and electrical parts of the device.
