Bain-marie for second dishes MÝÑ-2
Bain marie for second dishes is designed for short-term storage and serving of the ready-made second dishes.
It consists of bain marie itself, two-stored shelf for dishes and tray-holder trolleys. Heating of the gastro-norms is made with the help of the water steam.
The set of the gastro-norms can vary. Setting «on» and «off» positions is made from the side of the personal.
Regulation and maintenance of the necessary temperature is provided by thermoregulator.
